About Langsetu

Langsetu gives bulk and individual-string translation a shared editing workflow. Translations can be reviewed in a rich-text editor, searched across the site and marked Done or Under Review.

The output is written into Framer’s locale system rather than maintained as a separate overlay. Right-to-left languages are supported, and the user chooses the translation provider through their own API account.

Plugin details

Open the Localization panel, add a provider key, select a locale, translate and review the results before applying them.

Supports whole-site and per-string translation, rich-text editing, search, review statuses and right-to-left languages.

Site strings are translated into a target locale and written to Framer’s native localization system.

Connects Google Translate or OpenAI; the publisher names GPT-4o mini for its OpenAI option.

Requires the user’s Google Translate or OpenAI API key.

The plugin is free, with no plugin subscription or word limit. Usage is charged by the chosen API provider.
