HOAT
A WordPress block theme designed for homeowners associations and community websites.
About HOAT
HOAT provides a starting point for a homeowners association to introduce its neighborhood and share information with residents. The demo presents community announcements and dated events alongside information about shared amenities and association rules.
Hezaedrus headings, Pitagon Serif body text, and PT Root UI navigation create three distinct typographic roles. WordPress block templates and patterns support adapting this community-focused presentation in the Site Editor.

Featured images and threaded comments are supported. The demo includes dated community announcements and event information.
Large Hezaedrus headings establish the hierarchy. Pitagon Serif carries body copy and event details, while PT Root UI is reserved for the main navigation. Dark green and off-white panels sit around a wide landscape photograph. Overlapping headline and introduction blocks lead into a row of quick-link columns.
Style variations change the presentation; the Site Editor supports adapting the association’s templates and patterns.
